Hanover acquired, entitled, and commenced land development activities for this residential and commercial property in 2016 which is located across the street from Hanover's Berkshire master planned community.  Since acquiring the land, portions of the property have been sold to DR Horton for their Hawthorn Meadows community, Northwest ISD for a new elementary school, 7Eleven, Primrose School, All Storage, as well as two different mulitfamily developers who will bring a combined 600 + apartments to the north east and south east corners of the intersection.
