Hanover co-developed this Albertson's (currently Walmart) anchored shopping center in 1995.  The project includes shadow retail space, McDonalds, 7eleven, Firestone, Taco Bell, and Wells Fargo.  Hanover has sold the retail center and currently owns a 1.75 acre outparcel currently being marketed for sale, ground lease, or build to suit.
