Westover Estates is located in West Plano, bordered by Parker Road, Midway Road, and Communications Parkway. The first houses were built in 1994, and the subdivision was built out by 1999. There are 140 homes in this subdivision. Goodman Homes and Hampton Homes were the two primary builders. Children living in Westover Estates feed into the following public schools in the Plano ISD: Barksdale Elementary, Renner Middle School, Shepton High School and Plano West Senior High School.
